Walter Anderson Memorial Park (Flynn Park)

Walter Anderson Memorial Park (formally known as Flynn Park) is located about one-half mile west of San Jose Boulevard on Orange Picker Road.

Parking Areas & Maintenance
Parking is available in a small parking lot next to the baseball field and along Orange Picker Rd. Please use caution parking along Orange Picker Rd, especially when backing out on to the road to leave, and keep an eye on your children.

Parking is not allowed anywhere there are “No Parking” signs. The Jacksonville Police patrol the area and parking citations will be written for automobiles parked illegally in these areas.

Maintaining the parking lots is the responsibility of the Association and its members. The Association asks for your assistance in removing trash and other debris from the parking areas, which will help keep up the appearance of our Association.
