Parking Areas and Maintenance   As most of you know, parking around Alberts Field is limited. Parking is allowed in designed areas along Orange Picker and Brady Roads and the in parking areas behind the MSA Field House and in front of Baker Field. Parking is now also available in the property next to the Tennis Courts.   PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAY ENTRANCES TO THE PARKING AREA BEHIND THE ASSOCIATION FIELD HOUSE, TO THE BAKER FIELD (FIELD 5) PARKING LOT OR THE LARGE GATED ENTRANCE TO FIELD 1.    Parking is not allowed anywhere there are “No Parking” signs, i.e., along Brady Road across the street from the Park. Parking is also not allowed in any nearby neighborhoods, i.e., Hammock Oaks or River Oaks. The Jacksonville Police patrol the area and parking citations will be written for automobiles parked illegally in these areas.   Maintaining the parking lots is the responsibility of the Association and its members. The Association asks for your assistance in removing trash and other debris from the parking areas, which will help keep up the appearance of our Association.   Caution should be exercised when parking along Orange Picker and Brady Roads. We ask that parents be extremely attentive to their children when games are played on Field 2 and not allow the children to run and play between the cars and along the roadway.
